Three For Me
Students have the option of using Three For Me during select hours for when they are unable or don't care to eat in during regular dining hours. The offerings typically consist of a entrée, side, and drink. Three For Me is available during select hours throughout the week. Enjoy meal exchange in-person or through GrubHub.

All sections of Mund are designed to offer students nutritional information as part of the Metz Culinary Management Live Well program. You will find Live Well choices at in each area of the Dining Hall. Live Well features items which are low in calories, low in sodium and low in saturated fats. This program is one of the many healthy options available to our students. We also offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free items as well.

Hours spent in the gym and on the practice field are definitely IMPORTANT for improving PERFORMANCE but your full ATHLETIC potential might not be achieved if you’re not incorporating proper FUELING strategies. Your daily "TRAINING PLATE" plays a significant role in your energy levels, hydration status and recovery potential.
To success in building an energy-packed, nutritious meal, try to include all five of the following components:
1. Whole Grains - Energy-Enhancing Foods:
100% whole-wheat bread, bagels, tortillas, pita bread and crackers; brown rice; whole-grain pasta; beans; potatoes; oatmeal; whole-grain breakfast cereals; yogurt. 2. Lean Proteins - Recovery/Muscle-Building Foods: Grilled/baked/broiled/roasted chicken, fish, pork loin, turkey, sirloin and lean ground beef; eggs; low-fat cheese; tofu. 3. Fruits and Vegetables - Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Apples; oranges; bananas; blueberries; grapes; melon; strawberries; broccoli; green beans; spinach; romaine lettuce; carrots; cauliflower; mushrooms; cucumbers; tomatoes. |
4. Fats - Immunity/Flavor-Boosting Foods:
Salmon; tuna; nuts; seeds; olives; olive oil; canola oil; avocado; nut butters; oil-based salad dressings. 5. Fluids - Hydration-Promotion Beverages: Water; low-fat milk (cow, almond, soy, etc.); 100% fruit juice. |
